Dishwasher Not Drying Dishes

My dishes are not dry when removed from the dishwasher...

Make sure the door is completely closed and latched.
Is there electricity going into the unit? Check the circuit breaker and the fuse
The heater element may need to be replaced. A professional appliance repairman will be able to check the terminal of the heater element with a volt/ohmmeter.
