Dishwasher Is Not Coming On

My dishwasher does come on at all.

Make sure there is electricity going into the unit. Check the circuit breaker panel.
Is the door completely closed and latched? The unit will not start if the door is ajar.
If the fuse has blown, the timer is defective or wiring is faulty, the unit will not come on either. Call a professional appliance repairman to service the unit.
