My washer is not draining...

The wash load must be balanced and not overloaded. Large or unbalanced loads can cause reduced spin speed and wet clothes at the end of the cycle.Check that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged.

 

  • Check the height of the drain hose. Reposition hose to allow for adequate drainage.
  • Is the drain hose kinked? Straighten the drain hose to avoid water drain blockage. Replace hose if it is damaged.
  • Inspect the self-cleaning filter and clear the clogged trap.
  • Check the drive belt (drive belt washers)
  • Check the water pump for blockage and remove debris or replace pump.
