No. If we diagnose the appliance and you choose to have us repair it, you are not charged the diagnosis fee. You are only charged the repair costs.

We do not charge an hourly rate. We use the Major Appliance National Price Guide (MASPG) for pricing our repairs. On average, our prices are 10% below the price in the MASPG. This guide is used by most professional appliance repair companies to ensure that you are charged accurate industry rates.
