We're Big Fans of the Energy Star Program!

The Energy Star is a program backed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy. Its goal is to help consumers save money and protect our environment by promoting and using energy efficient products and practices. Energy Star appliances and other product help you become more energy efficient and can save you about a third on your energy bill. In 2008, Americans saved $19 billion on their utility bills and saved enough energy in 2008 alone to avoid greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to those from 29 million cars.
