My refrigerator is not working at all...

Is there power to the appliance? Check by plugging a different electric device that you know works into the same outlet. If there’s no power, check your fuse or circuit breaker.
Check the compressor to see if it is cycling on and off properly. If the compressor is not running and is excessively hot, unplug the unit & immediately contact a professional appliance repair person.
