E-mail Print PDF

It’s important to keep your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system maintained so it will provide your house with clean air. The purpose of your home’s HVAC system is to deliver acceptable indoor air quality. When your HVAC system is not regularly maintained, the air quality is compromised.

The 5 Step Air Duct Cleaning Process

1.  First the registers are removed and cleaned with a degreaser.
2.  Then a special hose turbo cleaning unit is put through each duct to clean the ducts.
3.  Next the ducts are sealed by fogging with an encapsulent to coat and seal the ducts for any particles not removed with the cleaning and to provide a fesh sealed surface.
4.  Next the ducts are sanitized by fogging to help assure complete coverage, with an E.P.A. approved disinfectant.
5.  Finally the clean registers are reinstalled.
